Halloween is coming up and i need help on what i should do. At first we where thinking about doing it durring the Homcoming Dance but we dicited that halloween would be better all i need is ideas and it would really help!!

How about peeing in the water fountain? That's what I did every Halloween and it never failed to get a laugh. Or if you wanted to do something original, you could try pooping in it. But that really does take a bit more planning and could totally backfire. Especially if someone started using it and gave you an ice-cold enema.
Otherwise, you could try paying a hooker to do something nasty with the Principal after having slipped some PCP in his pocket. I saw that in a movie once, and it totally worked. Good luck.

Who is gonna be the recipient of your prank(s)? neighborhood kids, fellow students, or just anyone?
You could hard-boil some eggs and put them in a strawberry sauce and make people feel them b4 they get their treats...
Or fill water balloons with a mild dishsoap solution( to make it slippery) and fill your sidewalk with them so people 'dance' up to your door...
Or, nah, too kinky...

get one of those mannican hands and drench it in FAKE blood and leave it somewhere so ppl think its real *make sure its a tan one and not a white 1*
