He does or he doesn't want to use protection? Sounds like you're not sure there or maybe he's giving you a hard time about it. My motto is (before I got married and shackled...oops...I mean "settled" down) NO LOVE WITHOUT A GLOVE. Trust me, you do NOT want to end up with a Gift For Life That Will END Your Life...or at the very least, put a serious kink in your future sex life as well as your overall health and emotional well being.
ALSO: Be absolutely sure you want to do this. You only have one first time and I'll be honest it's a bit painful not to mention uncomfortable and downright awkward. Share this with someone only when you're ready and you're sure that you can trust them.

Girl you CAN get pregnant the first time. If he loves you, he will respect your wishes and use a condom. And then if you want you can get on birth control and you wont have to use condoms anymore. But dont let him pressure you into not using protection, you really should.

I think you meant to say doesn't want to use protection.
Tell him it is ok not to use protection for a hand job but that is as far as you go before the raincoat gets worn. You have others interested in you so ..... If you are foolish enough not to be careful then you are not ready for beddy.

why wouldnt him. Like is ur first time u cant just do it with out a protection. If u dont want to get something that u will later regret juts try to convince himto use protection, if not, i dont think u should do anything with him.

you are kidding, right? this is actually a question? and you need someone to tell you how stupid it is to not use protection. are you ready to have an abortion, get a disease or give birth? if you answered even no to one of these by the condom and make him wear it or tell him you'll wait for someone who will use it...

he does? or her does not? not sure what you meant, but if he does then good for him and you should want to too. If he does not you need to let him know that you think it best that you do, if he can't respect that then you don't need to be with him you are better than that. Good Luck!
