If you're guilty of pressing harder on the t.v remote buttons or shaking it up and down to get the channels to change knowing the batteries are dead as a doorknob. SAY I

I'm only bringing this up because i'm going on day 3 of doing this myself. So i know it's more people like me out there.

I've been doing that with the remote to my CD player for months, literally, MONTHS. Reason is I am too lazy to change them, because the ones that are in there now are like sealed in or something, I had to put tape all round the thing months ago - the last time I changed them - and I don't want to have to go through touching all the gooey stuff the adhesive on the tape turns into after a few months (I know what I am in for, already been through this once before).

well, I don't watch to much tv... but i AM on the computer a awful lot.... I have a wireless keyboard and mouse... I usually have TONS of batteries stocked up for it, but today, playing a online game, the mouse 'died' I WENT INTO A TOTAL FIT! needless to say, the mouse got a couple good beatings, slammed a couple times on the desk, and then ended up down the hallway. oh, and when im playin x box.. and the damned thing over heats or freezes, i pound the CRAP outta the buttons for about 3 minutes, knowing that all my game was lost. I guess I rather take it out on the controller, because if i walked right over to the xbox..... : /

lol.

Yep, I'd probably take the battery out of my pacemaker before I'd get out of my seat to change the channel.

it takes me at least a couple weeks of that before I change the batteries, got to smack around the remote, show it who's the boss!

You know when the remote starts slowing down it's holding back on ya, there's more in there. I have to say "I".

Some of us have the sense to buy batteries at the store to prevent this kind of problem.
