Sure, anytime. I don't know when the best time is, but afternoons and early evenings tend to have a lot of young people on, and I can't really relate to some of their questions.

About mid day is when I find its the best time to be on here, mornings and nights seem to be really slow.

it's always a good time to be on answers but on polls and surveys this is the best time cause us people who can't sleep at night will give our best answers ;)
