The weather is now in the 50's and my coach is making the football team take part in the dunking booth tank where the water will ice cold. Anyone who does not participate will be suspended from the team. Is this fair?

It may sound unreasonable,but it's all for fun. It's for a worthy
cause.
Just wear thermal underwear & extra clothing. Have dry clothes
to change into.
You'll be the star of the show when the other guys can't figure out why You aren't shivering like them.

I was watergirl for our football team in Florida. The weather got into the high 90s, and the team had to practice for four hours every day of the week.
Coaches seem to like to toughen them up, even though they'd be out there vomiting, passing out, breaking legs, etc. etc... But they won every game.

Besides, suspension hurts the team, not you, and it makes the coach look like a jerk

i am so sorry cheeseman that is a bunch of crap, it is too cold for u to be doing this and u will get sick, have ur parents say something in your defense, if u were my son i would be there arguing on your behalf!!!
