Hi! Yesterday I went to a job fair for the starbucks opeining in my town. We dont have one within like 50 miles. I worked at a coffee shop for 4 years. I went to my interview with my application, resume and letters of recomendation. I got a second interview that same day. At the end of my second interview the man interviewing me told me he loved my answers to his questions and it was extremely pleasent chit chattin with me. He filled me in on dress code and everything and told me if I landed a posistion they would call on friday. There was a lot of people there interviewing for the store posistions...I think I really nailed the interview but I am so afraid I will be overlooked...do u think the way it sounds I will get the job?

OMG! Your chances are wonderful, but I don't care if you have to run out to a 24hr walmart and buy a thank you card right this second- do it!! It will keep you fresh in their mind and will also show them you have class and are professional. This would have been much better if you had SENT it on the day you interviewed so it would have gotten there before friday. If there is anyway you can get it to him before then, I'd strongly recommend it. In fact, if you could drop it off- I would! Just leave it with the receptionist.

It sounds like you have a good chance. Firstly you got your 2nd interview rather quickly, that's always a good sign and secondly he discussed work related issues with you such as the dress code.

I'm no pyschic but it honestly does sound like you've got it. :)
