The on-line authentication system can be used to register and attain certificate through internet in any time and any location. It contains user and management system. User can do registration, revision of personal data, on-line learning, examination, inquiry, and certificate printing by using browser through internet. The management system can use add, edit and delete to control the activity and data of the inquiry of certificate, the registration of activity, on-line learning, electronic newspaper subscription and on-line examination.
