at the outset define the problem and try to understand the problem.understandin g the problem from different angles is most important. the problem may be business related social or economic problem. after understaning the problem from different angles u will have certain difinite conclusion with regard to the pros and cons of the given issue. basing on the analysis u may write evaluative argument by taking into consideration all the relevant aspects. for example if it is a poverty reduction problem first of all u have to define what is " poverty" and what are the reasons for poverty like economic conditions in the society,social,political ,environmental,natural ,legal issues are also to be taken into consideration for writing good evaluative and convincing argument and it is better to suggest solution as per u r understanding.l
