Why do you need a Rapidshare Premium account?
The only two perks from a Rapidshare Premium account are:
* No download limits
* No time limits on your uploads
Rapidshare allow you to upload as much stuff to their servers (limit 100 MB's / file) & stores it for at least 30 days. Rapidshare does have a 30 MB / hr download limit that they enforce on a per-file basis, but they won't throttle downloads to that speed (they force you to wait before you can download again).
I haven't had any problems uploading or downloading file from Rapidshare without a premium account, which the minor headaches of their download limits (that most people live with).
If you really need a Rapidshare Premium account, go buy one as nobody will be stupid enough to hand their's over to somebody they don't know.

Sorry, "there aren't any freebies in this world" my dad always said, Your gonna have to buy your own. I wouldn't risk sharing a Rapid share account, especialy premium at that.
