What's a f*cklight?

I was driving w/ my boyfriend and some friends and they saw a car w/ one headlight and someone yelled f*cklight and we all had to touch the ceiling of the car. I just went along with it, but what are the rules of it? What is supposed to happen to the person who touches the ceiling last?

i have never heard it called that
but i have heard padidle.the way i have played.
last person to touch the ceiling loses a piece of clothing.

how to play and rules---it really depends it is a made up game and a lot of people play it differently.
