Yes, they do.
All mammals have hair, and whiskers are just a special type of hair. Their technical name is vibrissae, and they're usually darker, longer and less flexible hairs that are associated with lots of sensitive cells in the skin.
Mammals have a concentration of vibrissae (whiskers) in their faces for obvious reasons... it's usually the part of the body that goes first, sniffing the way!
However, they're not only on the muzzle, but also in the limbs and other parts of the body, and they convey tactile (touch) information to the animal.
