vote and unless you love what Bush is doing to our country, vote straight democrat...get a bulletin from league of women voters and study it if you have time.

Call your democratic headquarters and request they send you a list of their candidates so you know who the Democrats are on the voting machine..some machines list the partires by the candidate's name.

If you don't want to get more informed, just study the basic platforms of the two parties and pick the one closest to your beliefs and vote straight party...next year, become more informed...

many people don't get that informed especially on smaller races and just vote the party, so don't feel bad...many just are informed on the big races..

You might try to find the rep and dem platform of Bush and Kerry as these sum up the positions well and go from there. See which platform you most agree with...keeping in mind they are prettying it up to look good. One side shoukld stand out more than the other.

By voting this year, you will become familar with machines and how to do it, so that if there are lines in the 2008 presidential election, you will be familar with the procedures and machines and be able to vote quicker and with some familarity. At least vote one or two of the big races to get acquainted with voting and do your part.

Damn right you should vote, but educate yourself a little bit first. I'm not being sarcastic. What I mean is that you should maybe watch a tv newscast, read a newspaper, see what the politcal columnists think on both sides and talk with some older people, like your parent, and try to learn a little about the candidates and the issues before going to the booth.

of course you should vote it's a privilege. Too many people don't vote and then complain about the state of the nation. I hate that. If you feel uninformed, read some things in the newspaper, search the net ask questions or go to a debate or political rally. Nothing will change unless you try to make it happen. The apathy in this country is ridiculous.

I suggest you vote. Google both candidates and see which one you agree with the most. Also look for their voting records in their particular positions. Take anything that was released this year with a grain of salt. What happens is that during election year alot of BS gets thrown back and forth. Anything from any non election year should be good.

If you don't vote, don't complain. YOU are taking what you get.

I don't care who you vote for as long as you check out the issues and vote your conscience. Then you and I can have a heated discussion ( or not) about our elected officials that WE had a voice in sending to office.

Too many people died for your right to vote. I suggest listening to Rush Limbaugh for a few days. Then listen to liberals. See what side you agree with the most.

When you come of age, only vote when you're completely sure of what (or who) exactly you're voting for. You have to make sure that you have no doubt of who you want to represent you or the event that you want to take place should take place. Know the issues, find an answer, and back up your answer.
