you need to have your people call their people. You need a lawyer, and they can contact their agent.

Or you can move to a city in which you can become a groupie.

Since you asked! There are many ways! Here's are 8 ways:
1. Ask to interview the rich and successful. Tell them you're trying to do some research or write a book!
2. Get yourself on as many celebrities and VIPs' invitation list! And attend their parties! Or hook onto a rich kind and lonely man and get him to introduce you to others who are also rich and famous!
3. Look at obituaries! See who are the family members of the rich and influential! Attend funerals, introduce yourself and serve their cause! Eg. serve as a free babysitter to a rich couple who know other single rich people.
4. Go where the rich goes - restaurants, stores, spa, etc.
5. Be a service provider for the rich (you need excellent personal "customer" skills)
6. Work as a callgirl or Chip-n-Dale dance guy! Sure way to get the rich and may be not-too-famous!
7. Pay a few hundred bucks to attend trade conventions in your area.
8. Get plastic surgery and make friends with your surgeons' friends!

But be warned. The rich aren't brainless. :p

Be rich and famous.

Or you could live in the same communities as they live in so that you would have them as neighbours.

You could go to functions and social events that they go to

You seem money hungry to me. How about working a job that you EARN money to get to meet the rich and famous? Legally.
Wouldn't that be worth it?

From a purely economic standpoint, try not to conduct business with anyone more economically challenged than you. The twist is, you want to conduct business with others who are more economically adept than you and they don't want to do business with someone who is as economically challenged as yourself.
