Rush claimed the Micheal Fox was acting when he appeared in that commerical shaking.

It was a very sick and rude comment. Fox has a serious disease, and stem cell research could lead to a cure.

Parkinson's effects are come and go, and are not continual.

He was trying to help Republican candidates, but it backfired. It might not have been so bad if there wasn't the video of Rush acting out his explanation. Now, Fox's campaign add is larger and more important than it ever would have been if Rush had said nothing. Rush did not help his case any with his lame attempts to justify what he said.

i think of Rush became being honest. Michael did seem extra shaky than I had ever seen him. I observed him make an visual attraction on a morning communicate instruct some weeks in the past and he became nowhere close to that shaky. in case you decide on human beings to think of a ailment is undesirable, you do what it takes to make the ailment seem as undesirable as a danger to aim to get help to defeat it. That reported, i think of Michael did precisely what Rush says he did.

He wasn't even criticizing him! He was lying about Fox! He told his neocon audience that Fox went off his meds JUST SO HE WOULD LOOK WORSE!

Is Limbaugh a drug addict to look better? Limbaugh later made a public apology!

Note, from Reuters:
Dr. John Boockvar, a neurosurgeon and assistant professor at Weill Cornell Medical Center at New York's Presbyterian Hospital, called Limbaugh's claim "ludicrous." Boockvar said those with Parkinson's have "on" and "off" spells.

"If there is one single disease that has the highest potential for benefit from stem cell research," Boockvar said Tuesday, "it's Parkinson's."

because years of drug abuse has destroyed Rush Limbaugh's heart. The man is horrible. I would rather be sick like Fox then sick like Limbaugh.

He was trying to demonstrate how the Democrats use their control of the media to fool the american populace, a common unsubstantiated theme of his.

He also did it for the ratings, because the bigger and stupider things he says, the more people that actually pay attention to him! Ironic, isn't it?

Rush speculated that Micheal Fox didn't take his medicine which controls the jerkiness of Parkinson's because he wanted to make a bigger impact on the viewers. It is something Mr. Fox stated he did when he testified in front of a Senate hearing on stem cell research to add a dramatic touch to his testimony. He is going to expose himself to criticism by acting in this manner, and admitting his motives for doing so. They aren't mocking his disease - they are exposing him for exploiting certain aspects of it to further his political message.

I think Rush may have went a bit overboard to make a point, but it seems Michael J. Fox intentionally stopped taking his meds to exaggerate his condition for the cameras. - Hes still sick, make no question, but his condition is handled to a point where he can and HAS work on film appearing very normal with very little noticeable issues. - - therefore, for him to ACT like his condition is work for the sake of a vote is slightly deceitful. - thats all.

The media has blown this up into some scandal - -sure I dont agree with it wither, but if it gets a point across that a vote may help people with his condition or worse then mayeb voters should consider it -- thats thats fine. I dont care. I like Alex P. Keaton.... I'll let this one slide.

the problem is that he is more than likely one of the many Republican closet gays and is just full of frustration. So much so that he takes it out on people with serious diseases. A new low, even for his brand of entertainment.
