Of those of you who have children, if before their conception you had made the choice to have kids, what were your reasons for making the decision you did. Why did you want kids?

i don't know. someday i stoped thinking about me and how to have fun. i was thinking that now i could change diapers and wake up in the night and spend all my time with a child. the idea of having them it wasn't bothered me anymore.

When I was 17 I decided to have a baby because my childhood sweetheart wanted a baby and I wanted to keep him happy. Not a good enough reason to have a baby so young, especially since he ended up deserting us. We married later but I left him because he was a cheater. I met someone new and got pregnant while on the pill. So, at 21 I had 2 kids. Later I got back with my husband, trying to be a family and ended up pregnant again. He cheated and I filed for divorce. I moved on and eventually met my husband today. We had our baby because he wanted one of his own. At first I was against it because i already had 3 but I loved him and he had no kids of his own so I gave him what he wanted. Turns out he gave my what I wanted too. Yes, I have 4 kids and it can get tough but I love them very, very, much but... if you don't have patience, don't have 4 kids, LOL.

That's a good question. I never thought about it anymore than I wanted kids. I guess I wanted to prove that a child could be loved and not beaten and ignored like I was. I have 5 now, and I love each and every one of them. I hope they ask themselves this exact question when they come to that stage in their lives.

I got married and I guess I was ready for what I felt I needed to complete my life. And I can tell you, honestly no matter what I have or will achieve in my life my kids will always be my greatest accomplishments.

Everyone has there own believe of this question............... I for one think that children are a gift from god. I have a 21 year old son. I love and enjoyed him when he was growning up. Right now, he is out on his own.

always wanted kids....but after meeting my hubby i knew they would be with him......and i had children, twice, for others who also wanted kids!

I WAS AN ONLY CHILD AND I WANTED CHILDREN. I WANTED MORE THAN ONE. I'M VERY GLAD THAT I HAD MY CHILDREN.
