Nah ... no point in celebrating the misfortune of others, under any circumstance. I would give a howdy to the officer doing his job ... whatever peace officers are paid .. it is not enough!

If that ticket was for speeding thru a school zone or not yeilding to an emergency vehicle like a fire truck or ambulance,YES!

Yeah sometimes if it's the guy who just went speeding past me. And sometimes its just funny but, I feel bad afterwards.
