If you ask guy out it doesn't mean you are boyfriend and girlfriend right away. To be someones girlfriend or boyfriend you should have been going out for quite a while and then both of you discus being each others boyfriend and girlfriend. That's how I see it anyways.
Plus I would never ask out a guy >.> I'm to shy lol

Well, I did ask this guy out, but it wasn't understood that it was a date... He did say yes though. As for your third question, there shouldn't be any uncertainty when it comes to being boyfriend/girlfriend. If the two people sit down and talk and decide to be together, then it's official.

Yeah I'm 14 and I asked my last boyfriend out...we dated for a month, but we go to the same school though... It's been about 3 or 3 and a half months now since we were going out. When I did ask him I sent it to him thru a text message: "Will you go out with me?" and that was that.

If you ask someone out it simply means you are going out on one date, and remember that you owe him nothing for that one date. The only way I would consider myself exclusively dating someone would be if we sat down with each other and said, i want to date only you what do you think, and then he agreed. Good Luck
