I feel like the 20s are a period when people are allowed a few mistakes, but when people reach their 30s and they are put to tests, I think they are more significant. Does anyone else agree?

I think as you grow older you become more aware of your faults, and weaknesses, and you have made some mistakes and are looking back. So you are more aware of morality.

The test comes hourly and is not governed by age.
