I use those big glow sticks that they offer in the camping supplies at most stores w-mart target you can get two in a pack you just bend and crack and shake and get a choice of colors plus they sometimes last for 2-3 days cost about 3.00 OR, i have also used citronella candles which work great the same stores should have such candles on sale now since summer is over i suggest the individually wrapped ones since they retain their potentcy best. Here they are 25 to 50 cents.

they have those "off" candles at walmart, im sure you can use those
