try something cold like the back of spoons or a fresh potato cut in half having each side put under your eye. it sounds weird i know but i saw it in a movie.....lol. besides, i always use makeup...hehe..

Use Avon's eye care products. They have many just for the eyes and they are great! Otherwise, avoid refined sugars, get plenty of rest and avoid eye strain. Some people just have them by family history if that's you, call avon.

sleep and hydration.... if you wear make-up Physicians Formula works well -- use yellow for circles, green for redish blemishes then the foundation.

they have creams, sticks and other types -- a little pricey, but worth it.
