A dress with a rope tied roud your waist like a girdle.

A basket for grandma (makes for a nice treat or trick basket too!)

A red cloth for a cloak.
You can tie it around your neck or make a hoodie.
You'll need a bigger and longer cloth to make the hoodie cloak.

Pull the cloth over your head and tie the ends together at your chin.
Keeping one hand on your neck to keep the hood in place, pull the hood down from the top of your head. Then tuck some of the cloth at your neck into your dress. the shape will keep.

Good luck!

I would put a modern twist on it. Be a sexy riding hood. Even a casual cute or sexy outfit with a red hoody, braid your hair for a hint of sarcastic innocence and wear red lipstick. The basket (and you can have so much fun with what you put in that) will complete the picture. ...oh, and red shoes would be cool, or short black boots with little girl, lacey white socks.

Hi Meow, Well for starters, you need a red hooded cape, white knee-high socks, black shoes (buckle style), a white blouse, blue skirt and of course...a basket of "goodies" for grandma! If you can find a red shawl or poncho and a red (solid) scarf, that would be ok for your cape. Everything else should be very easy to find/borrow. Good Luck! Happy Halloween XOXO Moonpie
