That's a little ambigous...
Do you mean it's all squared ie (xyz)^2 = x^2y^2z^2
Or is just z squared, xyz^2?

If your problem is (xyz)^2, then the result is:

x^2y^2z^2 that is
x squared ysquared zsquared

shamu's answer is one correct way..another is (X*Y*Z)^2, but the two answers (I think) are identities.
