Get her red mini skirt , black jacket , blue top with red heart in it's centre to be worn under the jacket , black boots & shiny blue electric guitar. Leave her hair open & use some stick on tatoos & now she will rock.

aww, that'll be cute.
get her a plaid skirt and some stick on tattoos, mess up her hair, add some colors to it. this is actually a pretty cool idea for a little kid :)
just have fun with it, you can't really go wrong!!
