Has anyone ever heard of a 2 gig single module ? with that in mind ive been searchin on the web and it seems that 4 gigs of ram , i ve only known about is the cx210x, is there anymore please let me know.....

Ive seen 4 gigs on ram on current laptops but the only one ive seen is the gateway cx210x , does anyone have another laptop that has 4 gigs ram? and also can anyone tell me about a 2 gig single module for 200 dimm laptops...

I'm a bit confused by the second part of your question, could perhaps clarify that a bit. Anyway yes I have heard of a 2GB single module, they are fairly new but they are out.
EDIT: Okay now I see what you mean. All of Dell's XPS laptops can be bought with 4GB. To my surprise I didn't find that feature on any of the Alienware's I looked at. Anyway here is the only 2GB stick I could find for sale:http://www.newegg.com/Product/Product.asp?Item=N82E16820208083
Rather pricy isn't it.

I think a Dell XPS laptop is 4 gigs of ram, or atleast u can have it that way.
