I found this chart on line with standard clothes sizes:
http://www.biz.uiowa.edu/class/6m105/projects/fabfit/size.htm#chart
Just want to know what size you normally wear and how it actually compares to what size you would be from the chart above? Are you bigger, smaller or the same?
TIA

I wear a size 8 usually, the chart says I should be about a size 10.
The chart is not 'wack', these are the actual standard sizes which retailers chose to ignore. I size 0 is about a 22/23 inch waist but some retails give their size 0 clothes a 25/26 inch waist!

That chart is way off ,,,,, That's the trouble with buying clothes to day ,,,,, Where one store might call it one particular size then the next one will have the same thing but with a different size label ,,,,, I think size labels depends on who the manufacture is ,,,,, I'm not very big at all and mostly I guess for me it would be a 0 or 1 ,,,,,, but then again it depends on where I get it ,,,,Sometimes it's the same with shoes ,,,, Anymore when I buy clothes I just look at something about my size and try it on ,,,, I don't even pay attentions to the size tag at all ,,,,,, This chart doesn't correspond at all ,,,,,,,

I don't fit any of the clothes sizes, my bust is 40, waist 28, and hips 36
but i can usually fit in a US 8 or 10 (depending on the material) or a UK 12 for jeans but sometimes i can wear a UK 8 or 10. And in one shop i fit the UK size 14...
shops don't make a uniformed size, for get the size they say it is just try it one till you get a good fit!

I'm either a zero or a one... but the chart doesn't list that. I think the chart might be a bit bigger though, like the measurements are smaller than the size it corresponds to.

normally i am a 5-7, which is what the chart says for bust, but my measurements say that i should wear a 12. i think a 12 would fall off of me.
