I speak up for myself and stand up for others.

sometimes when some people speak things are over analyzed, thus forth they dont speak but at the same time do not let those around walk all over them... sometimes communication can be done without words... what a trip, huh?

I used to believe in 'peace at all costs'. It made me a very unhappy person. Now, I speak up. I've learned that you can speak your mind while still being respectful and polite, and that people will appreciate you for it. It has, also, made my life sooooo much easier.

Used to be the doormat but got tired of it after a while. I definitely speak up for myself now.

When I become a husband & father, I was forced to grow up quickly & stand up for myself & those I love. No room for walk over.

I definitely speak up for myself. I tend to get in a bit of trouble for opening my mouth sometimes, but I do it anyway.
