Parcells didn't make that decision, Jerry Jones (owner) did. The decision though could go either way. The only difference in them (Bledsoe and Romo) other than experience and age is being mobile. Romo moves better in and out of the pocket but other than that, they're not great QB's. Neither has had the chance to show accuracy but neither is good enough to step-up their game. I believe Bledsoe has peaked and maybe be on the down slope, either way he's done in Dallas. Romo may not last long with the weak offensive line so, we may have to wait until next season. By the way I'm not a Dallas fan.

What Parcells needs to do is bench Jerry Jones. That guy is a jerk who tries to overcome his own poor leadership skills with large outlays of cash. If that loser had anything to do with the Cowboys' three superbowl rings in the last 14 years, it started and ended with hiring Jimmy Johnson. Jimmy built that championship team, and Jerry pissed it all away.
Anyway, Bledsoe is not the quarterback at Dallas that he was in his youth. Let's face it, the guy isn't getting any younger, and any chance he ever had to take a team all the way disappeared long ago when he played for Parcells in New England. I appreciate Tuna's desire to bring in people he trusts and respects, but Drew has been a consistently poor performer through the first third of the season, with only brief moments of decency. Dallas finally gets a pair of hands like TO (another gleaming jewel of collosal ignorance, but a good player) and Bledsoe can't get the ball within 15 yards of the guy. It's time to try another course, and maybe getting benched will be the motivation Bledsoe needs to get his crap together and start playing like he's in the NFL. I want the Cowboys to do well, but until they get rid of Jones, I don't see it happening again. I certainly won't be buying any merchandise or going to any games until I know that Jones won't get any of the money I'm spending.

yes. Bledsoe had to go sooner or, later and, in this case, sooner is better for the BOYS. Romo gets a chance to work out some of the Rookie mistakes and, get a head start on next season. with enough improvement, they could make some noise at the end of the season. they still have a good defense. in the draft, I would shore up the offensive line though. I am not a big COWBOYS fan but, I am a big NFC EAST fan and, I feel that You are only as good as the teams in Your own division. dont want anybody getting soft.

No, Bledsoe has enough experiance to give them a decent record if not get them to the superbowl. I doubt they will win more than 2 or 3 more games with Romo starting.

how many people want to ask this. if you followed the cowboys, the giants game was the THIRD time this season that bledsoe blew a chance at a win. at Jac dallas made a late drive but got picked off. at Philly, Dallas made a late drive starting in their own territory but got a miracle def. pass interference at the goal line but then threw an interception. just by looking at the half that romo played, all the players love having him on the field.

he neded to do something, he had to protect his own job. Romo is not the answer maybe he can become the answerbut he is not it right now. But Romo has the team support and Bledsoe does not so i thnk it is a good move and they may win a few more games because of it but you can forget the playoffs unless they get lucky.

yes because romo offers more mobility than bledsoe. The offensive line is the real problem in dallas not the qb

No. I think it's been a long time since Parcells made the right decision about anything.

He did the right thing. Romo is the future and he is not going to help them next year if he doesn't get any snaps this season.
