Put her in a button up shirt and slacks with her hair all scraggly and paint pimples on her face. She is now a geek. This wins them all. :)

A Rubix Cube? Get a large cardboard box, cut out head and arm-holes and paint colored squares all over it.

Or a present. Same concept except wrap the box in wrapping paper and put a bow on her head. (Wear tights and a leotard or tight fitting clothes underneath).

How about a raisin? Same concept except use a garbage bag, and stuff with newspaper, tie around the legs.

Bunch of grapes - put on purple sweats, safety-pin blown up purple baloons (by their ends of course) onto shirt. Spray paint hair green like a stem.

Hi Daddy, My suggestion would be to tear-up a white sheet into long strips and wrap her up as a "mummy". Use safety-pins (large ones preferably) and "pin" it on her comfortably, so she can move about. Next, put big "girlie" accessories on her, IE; huge earrings, big purse, red lipstick, large broche (pin) or a silk flower in her head/hair etc. Then she could say she was a "Mummy...Mommy"! Good Luck & Happy Halloween! XOXO Moonpie

Details, man. Age group would help.

The only thing I can think of is put her in a peasant skirt and frilly blouse, draw a flower on her cheek and put a headband on her and now she's a flower child.

Make a peace symbol out of cardboard, tin foil, and string or yarn.

Check her dress-up clothes for wings and tiara and she could be a fairy princess. Use glitter gel on her face for pixie dust.

some that I have either done or seen...

fuzzy dice...made out of a box and fake fur...not the most comfortable costume though

can of spam...made from a box

tourist

wear black leotards and make a BIG smiley face mask made out of cardboard (believe it or not, this one actually was pretty cool)

baby (cloth diaper, tights, baby tshirt, teddy bear, pacifier or bottle, blankie...poop spot on diaper is good too)

housewife (curlers, robe, blue face mask, slippers)

little girl ready for bed (jammies with feet, teddy bear, pigtails, freckles)

soccer player, cheerleader...if you have any kind of sports uniforms...

Do you have anything from last year she could wear? Do you have a 24 hour walmart near you?
I'm really good at throwing things together but I don't know how old your daughter is so I don't really know what would be appropriate!

if you have a white sheet you can get rid of, cut a hole for the head and shorten it for her height, then cut or tear long strips under her arms and fasten the sheet around her body. paint her face white and black circles around her eyes and she could be a ghost!
