My sister and her husband have 2 kids together, for the last 8 months they havent been living together, dont know why they didnt get a divorce (i live outta state) but he hit her or something before and she pressed charges, they bought a new car for her when she had her first child but then she got in an accident and the money that wasw received just paid the car off, since then HE bought truck but it was in his name but it was hers while living at my moms for her to be able to get around. well they went to court yesterday and since they are gonna be going through with a divorce, the judge knew she had the truck and he was told he cant come around her for like a year, but until the divorce is final nothing can be sold that was bought together. well today i found out that he sold the truck to his aunt and my mom didnt have the court order so the cops let him and his aunt take the truck. what would happen now? since he sold the truck that he wasnt supposed to? anyone know?

your sister needs to call her lawyer because he must have a order of the agreement,,, then she can take it to the police and have charges brought against him for grand theft auto,,,
if his aunt isn;t willing to give it back asap she can be arrested for buying stolen property,,, he soon to be ex husband sounds like a real,, *** hole,,,

Your sister needs to notify her attorney as soon as possible and it is possible the judge could hold her husband in contempt.
