cuz they want people to buy it, and "germs" do NOT include "cold viruses" according to my mom.

It's still the purest, as far as "labeling" manufacturers can get to 100% germ free..

That? That's just a huge lie cooked up by the marketing department. They know you don't have the kind of equipment necessary to measure that kind of reduction in germs just sitting around in your garage.

Because if they guarantee it kills just one tenth of the germs more, then you can sue them, cause you still got a cold!

It's a CYA thing - in case you still have the cold/get the germ, that's the .1% it didn't kill. So you can't sue 'em.

To ward off a law suite. If they say 100% they are open to a liability suite if you get sick or infected by something after you use the product.
