If you are thinking of using this name in some way, I would advise you to check the veracity of this name.
You have to be very careful with names which come from a language other than your own. That is because you are relying on someone else for information that, unbeknown to you, may not be reliable. From personal experience I know that it is possible to choose a name that sounds beautiful, only later to find that it is a different gender, spelling and meaning to that which you were told.
After searching extensively on the net, the only references to Yaaja, that I can find, are as a Hindu boy's name. However, I am not convinced of the accuracy of this. The reason for this is that the internet has dozens of websites with Hindu names, but only these two sites (below) list Yaaja, and neither of them offers the meaning of the name.
