I find a lot depends on how I eat- If I have nothing but green tea and vegetables all day, I feel like I could climb a mountain. Unfortunatly. it's hard to fill up on those things. Sleep is really the most obvious thing most people over look, you should be getting at least 8 hours a night. Go to bed early!

GOOD SELF CARE:
1. Eat breakfast. (piece of fresh fruit, whole grain toast, egg, or fruit, whole grain cereal and milk) This gets your blood sugar up in the morning so that you can think clearly and handle your feelings well.
2. Get at least 7 hours of sleep nightly. A well-rested brain and body functions more efficiently.
3. Walk at a moderate rate 30 minutes at least 4 days a week. Gives you more energy.
Eat lunch and dinner consisting of: protein, starch, vegetables. To maintain your blood sugar level through the day.

Dont use meth my god what a jerk!! Best thing to do is get some rest & try to eat right (3 meals a day...etc). I feel the same way you do if I dont eat breakfast or dont get enough sleep, so hope it helps you!

try and get more iron in your diet. Take vitamens ..and try to get atleast 6-8 hours a sleep a night!

I WAS JUST TALKING TO MY FRIEND ABOUT THAT. USUALLY WHEN I'M FEELING LIKE THAT I START TO EXERCISE FOR ABOUT 3-4 DAYS A WEEK. BELIEVE ME IT WORKS. TRY SOME THING YOU LIKE. I WALK FOR EXAMPLE 2 MILES.
