I'm a guy and I'm 24, so I don't want to be batman or a princess. Cowboy would work because I have everything except the hat, and I'd be good looking as a cowboy. Any ideas?

Yes, WalMart sells cowboy hats, at least in the area I'm in. Since it is Halloween, you could check the costume area as well. I've seen some there too.
Another idea is to get a really big box, put a ribbon on it and also a name tag. On the name tag write:
To: Women
From: God
You could be God's gift to women!!

target,walmart and Kohl's all have cowboy hats i just was visiting e-bay and saw a costume for a guy i thought was neat it was a Breathalyzer or you could dress up in a mans swim suit get a blow up doll and have goggles on top of your head and the women's legs wrapped around your head and goes as a muff diver.

I was at one last week and they carried more stuff than I've ever seen.
Try a Lone Ranger type mask. That'd be hot! I haven't seen the Lone Ranger in years.
