Be THERE help her grieve don't try to rush her into things. help her make difficult decisions ONLY if ask. Let her know you Care. A nice gift for her,A book of poems, A music CD of her kind of music. PRAY FOR HER THAT GOD WILL FILL THIS VOID AND THAT SHE WILL FEEL HIS PRESENCE IN A VERY REAL AND COMFORTING WAY. Many times in my life I would not have made it if I hadn't had friends who cared enough to PRAY.

Let her dictate how much she wants done. The best thing you can ever do for someone is to listen to them.
Good luck and I'm sorry to hear about her miscarriage. She's lucky to have a friend who cares about her enough to want to help her through this. You Rock!

Flowers or a Teddy Bear would be nice. There was an accident here at Wal-mart and her 5 yr. old was killed. They set up a memorial there and set up fund raiser cans to help thru the greieving process.

mourn with the mother and dont bring it up. dont ask to be the godmother of the next child, but act like it anyway. give all the love you have to the next baby and treat him/her as you own. if the mother asks you to be the next godmother accept with dignity and gracious thanks. buy roses for love, lilies for understnading, and orchids for a future of happiness. good luck!

You don't buy a gift. Just be there for your friend. If you want, you might make a donation to a children's foundation, or something like that in remembrance.

I think that the best thing to do is to just be there for her. Listen to her and just be her friend. Nothing you say or do is going to make it any easier.

The fact that you are concerned enough to ask makes you a very good person and friend.
During this time your friend will need you more than ever. Just be there for her even if it just to listen or if she needs to cry or even if she needs you to sit silently with her.
Grief is very stressful. If you are looking to buy a gift, you may want to get something like hand lotion that smells nice or something that she can use to take care of herself. It is harder to care for ourselves during stressful times. Aroma therapy can be stress relieving
