Mexico! I live on a border town and whenever we go there to party, you can get a large bucket of beer for about $2! What would be a Mexican beer import in the US is extremely cheap!

Agree - South East Asian country where beer and other alcoholic beverages isn't illegal (like Indonesia). Philippines should definitely be one of the cheapest - US$0.50 for a 355ml bottle

I used to think Australia was - $3.00-3.50 for a schooner and about $6.00 for a base spirit. We have heaps of taxes on beers too. But after reading i think any of the South East Asian countries sound quite cheap!

By far the cheapest way to get beer is to get someone else to buy it for you! This is much more fun than buying your own. Think short skirts, low cut tops, flirty smiles...any country can have cheap beer using this technique! Be warned, if you are male this technique may have poor results.
