Whats the difference between regular bricks and fire bricks ?

Fire bricks are used to line fireplaces and wood stoves. They have a higher heat rating than a standard brick such as a construction brick.Fire bricks are made from different materials and are designed to release the heat they hold after the heat source is distinguished

Make sure they are Boral Bricks! Buy Australian! We make the best bricks.... then again we dont need any more mines...

Regular bricks don't burn your @$$ when you push them out. Mexican food always gives me fire bricks.
