I think they need something new.
Penguin, Joker, Catwoman and Riddler were great so the next one will have to be pretty different don't you think.
If you can't describe a best, how about a worst next villian.

The next villian has already been decided and comfirmed as the Joker (to be played by Heath Ledger). But if I had my pick of Batman's Rogue's Gallery I'd go with Clay Face. If the CGI was done right (much like the CGI of the Spider-man films) he would be awsome.
(And I am talking about classic Clay Face from either the comics or "Batman: The Animated Series": NOT the "Clayface" from "The Batman" cartoon on WB)

They really need to stop with the live action bullshite, and follow the example of the Incredibles and go CGI.
Batman Beyond would be my choice for the next movie.
