i think there needs to be affection to have sexuality, otherwise the sex is meaningless. ive never had meaningless sex, and i never want to. i think u need to b in love with the person u r having sex with...because that's what ppl in love do, they love each other so much that they decide to share their body's with each other...it should be something special, not something u would consider a recreational sport.

The two are unrelated to me. I show my cat but it doesn't mean that I am sexually attracted to her, same thing with parents and their children. Affection means a lot of different things on different levels. When you're talking about affection in terms of a significant other then you're correct that they go hand in hand. But, I think you were asking if they were mutually exclusive and if that was what you were getting at then, no, they're not. Food for thought.

sexuality is very prominent in guys but not always linked with affection. Affection is often more dominant in a female/motherly figure, and goes hand in hand with unconditional love, not sexuality. Sexuality on the other hand is mostly a male trait, and has nothing to do with affection for the other person, merely the ability of the other oerson to bring them to orgasm. that may be generalizing but obviously, generalizations are generally write.
much love,

Although I maybe sexually attracted to someone doesn't mean I am affectionately attracted to them, get me? Let's take prostitutes for IE., they r sexually attracted to their Johns for the money and money only, no matter what their Johns look like they r attracted to that green. On the other hand my mate is attracted to me affectionately I hope, which would include the whole package good or bad. their affection for me has turned from caring to loving and that's the difference for me. Hope I made sense to u?

I see sex as the ultimate in expressing love. A man and woman become one with each other. There is nothing more powerful between two people who love each other.
Sex without love can be enjoyable sure, but not nearly the same. I would welcome a good man to be my lover and my friend, but I am not sure that I am capable of that kind of love again.
