this is really embarrassing
but my penis hurts. I tried to use a waterbottle as a masturbation device this morning (dont ask) and I think the plastic may have cut some veins- or something?
I had an erection but it felt painful- more painful the more I rubbed on it
have I blocked an artery
it may just be my imagination but it looks redder and it hurts to touch it or even touch the pubic region

what causes it, what do I do, how do I fix it?

ok. 1.) You dont use a water bottle as a masturbation tool! What the hell were you thinkin boy! Any way its probably really sore from the hardness and hard ridge of the bottle. when one mistreats their body or parts thereof, they will usually experience pain or swelling or discolouration. Whether it is rough handling or excess friction or other cause, the best things to do are:
a) lay off the rough stuff for a while and maybe even avoid the normal methods for a bit too.
b) next time try to find less harsh ways to derive your pleasure.
c) if the pain or discolouration or swelling persists for more than a couple days, it is time to get reeally embarassed and take the injured member to a doctor for a thorough examination.

one thing to always entertain is could you have fractured your penis. when you get another erection...is it straight like before, or are there any bulges to one side or another?

if you notice any asymmetry, you may need to go to the emergency room and have someone do a urethrogram (inject dye into the urinary meatus (pee hole) and do an x-ray to see if there is any extravasation of the dye...good luck
