My daughter eats those. I don't like them though. Cereal bars aren't a good substitute for breakfast, there's not enough nutrients in them by themselves. Breakfast is the most important meal of the day!!!

Never had one I liked until I tried one of my 18 mo old son's Gerber Graduates cereal bars. Now THOSE, I liked. The rest taste like they are wrapped in cardboard and lightly dusted with sawdust.

Are really good! They save me a lot of time in the morning when I gotta rush to get my daughter to school! Thank God for those modern convenices!
