very respectfully... try to find a common ground.. do they know him? get them together, have them bond.. moving to a new town away from your family may seem exciting but will be reallly lonely if you are there without their blessing. it is hard for them to let you go so always keep the doors of communication open and know you can go home again... they love you - keep that in mind and dont do anything to break their heart. there is a compromise here, you are old enough to leave the nest - just leave it on good terms! Good Luck! also, have a plan for YOU once you get there too!

No offense but I think you are making a mistake. It sounds that you are too young. If you are afraid to tell you parents about you choice, it is a sign of immaturity. I predicate an unhappy ending for this story. You probably do not believe me but I am right. Enjoy your youth.

Just tell them. There is a great possiblilty that your parents will be happy for you to move out of the house. Most parents love it when their kids leave home and go out on their own.

You know your parents better than strangers from around the world you communicate with on Yahoo!Answers.
Talk to them in a way you would normally tell them about something important in your life.

Make sure and word it like you know what you want to do, but are asking for their input. I'm sure they know you're a big girl, and will be more willing to give you good advice or assistance if you treat them like equals. Afterall, you want to be a big girl, that's how adults are supposed to treat other adults. With respect. I do think you should get your education as well. Do you want to rely on your hubby for everything in your life? You need to take your future in your own hands and make it better for yourself. Church...
