Depends on ones' definition? Ms. Smith is definitely a "character." Judging another persons personal character is a slippery slope. "Judge not yet ye be judged" or something like that... I believe we are all foul-able and make mistakes everyday. How would any ones' life stand up under the constant scrutiny of the media and entire public at large. Sure Anna Nicole has done alot of things that many view as crazy or even perhaps immoral behavior. But, think perhaps how she has been exploited in her life and how she came to be this person that some now view as irresponsible. The Bohemian government should not be making judgments on this grieving mothers' love and care for her child. She is by no means perfect or even close but, who is. Any punishment for this tragic event has already been delivered. Any action beyond that is in bad character. ...Just a thought... Peace.......

That remains to be seen, i used to think she was funny because she was so unbeleivable. I dont know what to think now. I do beleive that the new baby is not the lawyers but belongs to larry the photgrapher. At this point i dont think theres any good character going on there. Rock on Larry!!!

Personally, I think she has some serious problems. I do feel terrible about her son's death. But I thought it was a bit sketchy that she went and got "married" right after he died! In her wedding pictures she was all happy and smiling. How can you be so happy with your son just died?!
I think somethings up with her. She's nuts.

just because you see someone on TV doesnt mean that you know them. I'm not saying that she is a saint but who i am to judge.
