no matter what kind of house you are showing real estate agents should always look professional. People dont want to make choices and huge investments from someone in casual gear, so always wear a dark coloured suit.

I would say depending on what type of homes you will be showing. Maybe for the REAL pricey homes you should wear a suit but, for the more moderate priced homes I say you should wear a nice shirt and slacks. :o) Whatever you decide look professional!
