I guess you mean "at hachayim sheli" (you are my life).
At (את)= you/ you are (singular feminine form)
HaChayim (החיים)= the life
Sheli (שלי)= of mine

"At ha khai sheli" is syntactically erroneous and has no logic meaning. It is best translated as "you are (~singular feminine form~) my living one (~singular male form~)".
