My ebay account has been suspended does that mean I will never be able to buy stuff with that account again?

You might try opening a new account on EBid2Buy.com . As long as you were not suspended for anything bad on Ebay you should have no problems

you usually have to talk to someone b4 it's restored. Go to the help link there. They call you and ask you to verify some stuff about your account b4 they restore it.
