The only ones i have found are board game geek and game table online the one on game table costs money and the board gamd geek takes days.

Was going to mention GTO, but i see you found it already. I know some sites used to have T&E, but since GTO got the official liscense, those have dissappeared. I doubt anything other than a PBM type (like BGG) would be legal at this time.
Personally, I think GTO is well worth the $6 or so a month it costs. Lots of games besides just T&E.
