You'll have to pay to have it published.

Seriously, it takes an average of six months to get a manuscript through the acceptance/rejection process. It takes 1 to 3 years for it to actually make it into print.

Hi, i was coming in to recommend Lulu, but it looks like Zenith Sunrise beat me to it. Lulu are great, they are free and you keep all the rights. I really like them, and i found that i have never had any problem with them. Their book quality is outstanding! You should defiantly check them out!
