depends on what you want it for and being 2 stroke you have the chance of forgetting to add oil to the gas and burning the motor up and 2 stroke runs at higher rps witch means more wear but they have less internal parts to break but a 33cc is the size of a bigger gas weed trimmer and the small pocket rockets are 49cc and smaller older suzuki mopeds are 49cc and only go about 30-45mph depending on the driver weight, wind, incline, fuel/air mixture but the pocket rockets can go around 60mph with a 200lb driver on flat ground so depending on how far your going to ride/drive it and if there is any hills and depending on if your forgetful and might forget to add the right ammount of oil to the gas their easy to burn up if you need anything IM me or e-mail me scar592@yahoo.com i work on small engines and dirt bikes, lawn mowers, 2 stroke boat motors and basically anything i can work on i wil work on it

well it's from crappy tire that should say something. those things are built to the lowest specification possible for engine quality , frame strength etc. . unless you want a disposable toy please avoid these things for a few years.
