Okay first of all I would like to point out that money is not the root of all evil. This is a very commonly misquoted passage from the Bible. The real passage says rather that "the love of money is the root of all evil". Money actually does do a lot of good in the world as long as you don't let it become your idol to be worshipped. That being said, I think one of the biggest sources of hate is simply intolerance. There are a lot of religious zealots out there who think that their way of doing things is right and everyone else is wrong. They also view anyone who is not willing to see it their way as inherently evil and sometimes even think that everyone else deserves to die. It is amazing some of the atrocities that have been committed in this world in the name of religion. If people were more tolerant and accepting of other cultures and beliefs the world be so much more peaceful. You can be religious and still respect other beliefs. I am a Christian, but that doesn't mean that I think that all other religions are wrong. I respect the fact that they can have their own beliefs and also recognize that it is possible that they have it right and I have it wrong. Or maybe we all have it right in our own ways. We should be able to agree to disagree and move on with our lives. Just because I don't believe the same things as somebody, doesn't mean they don't have a right to believe what they believe, even atheists.

the primary source is human ego and pride. There is a war going on every physical level known in the universe. Whether on the quantum scale, in the cosmos, or here on Earth. Man is always trying to outdo each other. Whether it be trying to dress and look better than everyone else, trying to be smarter, or trying to be stronger or tougher or wealthier. This is evolution and how we weed out those that are weaker or those that are too strong. The ego and pride tells people that they are better then their fellow man, when man is all the same.

Perhaps it's the belief that you own anything. When you believe you are able to own anything outside of your own thoughts, fear settles in with the realization that it can all be taken from you at any given time. This fear eventually leads to the hatred of that which you perceive as a threat to your ownership or even desired ownership. This is why it is so hard for a rich man to enter the kingdom of Heaven (which is within you.) Fullness of peace and love (Heaven) can only be grasped once you have given up ownership of everything in your life and see it all (including your enemies) as a precious and temporary gift for you to enjoy with those around you. Hold everything with an open and thankful heart and hatred will have no place to take root.

It has to be a flaw in the evolution of the human brain.
Humans are unique organisms in that we rely almost exclusively on learned behavior (culture). But at the same time, we develop defensive centric behavior towards most things new. That is really bizarre when you think about it.
Is it possibly a left over instinct from a time when our ancestors were defensive of their resources and physically aggressive in order to secure mates?
If you wonder how long humans have hated, just think about this. Many anthropologists believe that at least one factor in the extinction of Neanderthals is territorial aggression from homo sapiens.

The primary source of HATE is SELF-IMPIETY and all its variety, particularly the self turned in on itself, as in selfishness, self-glorification, self-absorbed, self-introspection, self-hatred, self-edification, etc.
When the self undergoes rejection and decides to over-focus energy upon itself, then it becomes "wounded" and reacts with anger and hatred. When the self realizes it has been overlooked for another that receives edification in place of itself, and, again, decides to over-focus energy upon itself, then it becomes “wounded" and reacts with anger and hatred.
The diametric opposite antithesis to HATE, the antonym, is LOVE, which by its truest definition is SELF-SACRIFICE, a condition "putting the self aside". In a state of life or death, a parent gladly forsakes his or her self (self-sacrifices), their own life, to spare the life of their own child. The ultimate act of LOVE was Christ's Redemptive Deed upon the Cross of Calvary where He Self-Sacrificed Himself out of LOVE, taking on the full burden of the sin nature of the world and Humankind so that we may know True Life.
The account of the "Adversary" (Satan) was a primordial event that took place "before" the formation of our current Trans-Universal Superstructure, in a former Perfect Reality that quantum physicists call "Paradise Lost", a Paleo-Supraeoverse that was undefiled. Through self-pride, Satan (the Proto-Monocontaminant) attempted to self-edify himself above God. This act is the antecedent origin of HATE. Its ramifications were utterly catastrophic, precipitating defilement (negative conversion) and inversion of the former system through a “Metastatic Threshold”, subsequently producing our secondary and degenerated Trans-Universal Superstructure, via Chaos. It changed the quality of Time with entropy being degenerative rather than regenerative. It produced the consequential ramifications of Misanthropy (the hatred and distrust of Mankind, inclusive of both genders), and Misogyny (the hatred and exclusive distrust of woman). It materialized DEATH, DECAY and DETERIORIZATION. To answer your question, literally, Satan's act of SELF-IMPIETY materialized HATE in the world, or more accurately, throughout the entire macrocosm and microcosm of the current Trans-Universal Superstruction, a corrupt system.
As Superstring Theorists progress in their quest to find the "Equation of Everything," it is most probable (from my observations) that they will stumble upon a "God Equation," proving the existence of a Creator, whose "I.D.", "Signature" and "Fingerprint" upon the Universe is affiliated with the number "8". My suspicion is that this equation will demonstrate LOVE as a direct manifestation produced from the vibratory frequency resonating from the numerical value of "8". On the other hand, this same equation will simultaneously demonstrate HATE as a direct manifestation generated from an underpinning subliminal vibratory frequency resonating from the numerical value of "9". It is the diametric conflict between these two frequencies that actually creates cohesion of the current Trans-Universal Superstructure. It is no wonder that Satanists say that the entity Satan (a trans-dimensional being) claims the number "9" as his own. Even the ninth letter of the Hebrew alphabet (Teth) is the “Serpent,” while the eighth letter (Heth) is Resurrection, Healing, Wholeness, Restoration, Rejuvenation, Abundance, Prosperity and Divine Protection. Furthermore, it is amazing to know that the name Yeshua (Jesus) when transposed into Greek and then into equivalent corresponding digits thus produces the triadic numeral value of "888".

Money is corruption incarnate! Money is the corporal enbodiment of evil, and through this evil comes hate as a derivative. therefore money=hate.
