so i was at basket ball practice and i started doing dips and i reolized how weak my bicepts were, can anyone tell me how to work out my bicepts. no smart asses please.

You can go the gym and do some bicep curls, concentration curls, modified pull ups, and other bicep exercises (you can ask the staff what these exercises are). These will help work out your biceps.

You should first try to do pull ups with your own body weight.
If you are unable to do one, than you do have weak bicep's and you will need to start with some light dumbell curls. Try to start with 10 lbs and work your way up to more weight doing as many repitions as you can. Ounce you get your strengh up with this you can go back to the pull ups. I Feel that using your own body weight in the pull up is the best thing for the biceps. Remember no herky jerky movements alwayes use good posture and balance. Good luck

How did doing dips tell you your biceps were weak? Dips work your triceps not your biceps. As far as how to work your biceps it's as simple as doing curls. I think free weights with any muscel workout out is best.

Do different types of curls. On Mondays and Wednesdays do heavy lifting. On Tuesdays and Thursdays do light weight with more reps.
